About Us : Brett Raymond
Brett Raymond was born in Dayton, Ohio, USA. His love of music started instantly. He began by taking piano lessons at age 8. Years later, and after receiving a composition music grant from Brigham Young University, but spending little time in the academic world, Brett started his professional music career with the band “Souvenir” in 1982. In 1986, Brett moved to Tokyo, Japan and worked as a composer and arranger for pop records, radio and television commercials there. While living in Tokyo, Brett was given the chance to release his first solo album “Only Love.” He lived and worked in the Los Angeles area for a few years, but moved back to his roots and settled down in a suburb north of Salt Lake City, Utah. Brett continues to work as a composer, producer, arranger, studio musician, and singer.
Brett has written and arranged theme music for TV programs such as “The Today Show” on NBC, and ABC’s “Wide World of Sports,” and continues to write and compose music for TV and film. Brett currently resides south of Nashville, Tennessee to further pursue and emphasize his songwriting.
